Paras Defence bags INR 39.63 crore MoD orders for Counter Drone Systems and RF Jammers

Mumbai: Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd. has announced that it has secured two significant contracts from the Ministry of Defence (MoD), Government of India, reinforcing the Ministry’s confidence in the company’s indigenous defence technologies.

Under the first contract, Paras Defence has received a domestic order worth approximately ₹35.68 crore (including GST) for the supply of Portable Counter-Drone Systems (PCDS). The order is expected to be executed by May 2026.

In addition, the company’s subsidiary, Paras Anti-Drone Technologies Pvt. Ltd., has secured a separate ₹3.95 crore (including GST) order from the Ministry of Defence for Radio Frequency (RF) Jammers (Integrated Drone Detector and Jammer). This order is also scheduled for completion by May 2026.

MoD orders reinforce trust in Paras Defence’s indigenous capabilities

These consecutive MoD orders underline the government’s trust in Paras Defence’s ability to deliver advanced, high-performance indigenous defence systems.

The contracts further consolidate the company’s leadership in next-generation security technologies, contributing directly to the Atmanirbhar Bharat vision for self-reliance in critical defence infrastructure.

These consecutive orders – our second and third with the Ministry in just two months – reflect growing confidence in our indigenous capabilities and our commitment to strengthening India’s defence preparedness.”

He further noted that as drone technologies evolve rapidly, the requirement for reliable counter-drone systems has become increasingly urgent.

“Securing multiple MoD contracts in quick succession demonstrates our ability to meet the nation’s security needs through robust, Made-in-India solutions that empower the armed forces with cutting-edge technologies,” he added.
